Appointment policy
Payment process:
To secure your appointment with us, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking on our Vagaro booking system. The remaining balance, including any applicable gratuity, will be due after the completion of your appointment.
Late Arrival:
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full service within the remaining time. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you are considered a no-show or late cancellation, and you will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked service(s) cost.
Cancellation/No-Show/Rescheduling:
Services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. When cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, payments will be refunded. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment through the Vagaro booking system or call us with a 48 hour notice.
In the event that a client has paid in full for a service or reserves a Product Purchase Reservation and fails to adhere to our appointment policy, a $100 fee will be charged for each instance of non-compliance. This fee aims to account for the reserved time and resources that could have been allocated to other clients.
After any no-shows or repeated non-adherence to our appointment policy, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to schedule appointments online or over the phone.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these policies to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system.
Sales/Returns:
All sales are final. We encourage you to reach out to us and consult before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
We collect sales tax in accordance with tax laws and regulations mandated by each state. Sales tax, if any, will be reflected in your cart at checkout.
