Jenny is the best aesthetician I have ever met. She knows what your skin needs very well. Not just she will recommend you the best products for your skin type but also she will educate you about them and how do they work. When I first met Jenny for my skin consultation, I knew she’d be the one. I have been going to other salons for my facials for almost 3 years but my skin wasn’t getting better at all. Then one day I saw Klar spa studio on Instagram and thought to give it a try. So far my best decision. It’s been almost 6 months now I am going to Jenny and my skin (OMG) has completely changed. During my recent visit, I had a targeted treatment with Jenny, and the results were incredible! My skin looked radiant, my pores were deeply cleansed, and my face felt fresh and healthy. Jenny also introduced me to some amazing products from Antala, which I now can’t live without. I’ve been using the Green Spiruru Gel, Deep Watery Cream, and Soothing Ampoule, and they’ve transformed my skincare routine. The Sun Stealer SPF is another standout—it’s absolutely amazing! I opted for the Korean Glass Facial and loved the entire process. Gina was very informative regarding the steps and what products she was using. I left feeling refreshed and my skin was super hydrated. It wasn't until the next day/ week that I saw amazing results. My skin was glowing, my dark spots were way lighter and my skin was plump and dewy. This has been the best investment I’ve made for my skin and can’t wait to book my next treatment. Gina was my esthetician for both appointments, and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and care. She was incredibly gentle and demonstrated extensive knowledge of skincare. I would highly recommend anyone considering a Korean facial to try it, as the experience is not only deeply relaxing but also effective. I’ve noticed a visible improvement in my skin tone after just the initial and targeted sessions. I highly recommend Gina for her extensive skincare knowledge and exceptional service.
I scheduled the recommended new client facial package. First session was the Skin Reset Facial Treatment with Gina, and it was excellent! Gina was personable and attentive. She walked me through her process and provided helpful tips specific to my skin type, especially with my chronic skin conditions. She provided just enough information while keeping me feel relaxed. I can’t wait to go back to her for my follow-up session.

I loved learning about the ideal skin care routine for me, revamped my home routine significantly, and can honestly say my skin looks so much better on a daily basis. I bought the Skin Reset Facial Treatment with the Targeted Session and the whole experience was amazing. Gina was wonderful and truly taught me more about my skin. I started with the skin analysis and the facial was done per my skin's needs. I asked to get the educational experience so every step of the facial was explained to me (how it would treat and further affect my skin, etc). I also received instructions on day/night routines for my skin for the next two weeks (after my first session) which really helped boost the first facial's results. For reference, I really needed to keep my skin hydrated and stop using products that were actually making my skin more dehydrated and causing extra texture; my skin is more sensitive than I thought. Since I followed the instructions to the T, my skin reacted really well to the facial and I fixed quite a lot of the texture. The second targeted session was especially helpful since it worked to fix other stubborn areas (hyperpigmentation and skin brightening for me). Personally, I think the price for the treatments ($700) is well worth it because not only am I getting two personalized sessions out of it, the equipment and products used are top notch. I feel great about my skin and will keep following the instructions for my skin. I'll definitely be coming back in a few months to try the glass skin facial!
I recently treated myself to a facial, and let me tell you, it was exactly what I needed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming—gentle lighting, and a soothing scent in the air. Jenny was amazing; she took the time to understand my skin concerns and recommended a treatment that was perfect for me.The facial itself was pure bliss. My skin was cleansed, exfoliated, and pampered with all sorts of luxurious products. I could feel the stress melting away as she massaged my face, and I even fell asleep toward the end lol.By the time it was over, my skin felt so soft and refreshed, and I was glowing! I walked out feeling like a new person. If you're looking for a little self-care, I highly recommend treating yourself to a facial here !
Klar Spa Studios K-Beauty Clinic is fantastic! Monica did a Nano Embroidery Eyebrow procedure and my eyebrows have never looked better. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable . My brows look natural and definitely enhance my face. Monica spent a lot of time making sure they matched my hair and skin tone. In addition, she worked on each brow to make sure they were alike in shape and size. I have attached after and before pictures of my brows. Jenny was the skin care specialist who has been working on my face. I have had at least 8 facials of various types.They have made my skin look so much better and younger. Jenny is very well-versed in skin care and skin care products and knows exactly what is needed for each skin type and each client she works with. The facials are incredible and I love the way they make my skin feel and the way it looks after the sessions. I highly recommend Klar.
This spa came highly recommended and it did not disappoint! One of the most relaxing experiences I have had in a long time. Gina was gentle but very thorough with my “skin reset” facial. She did a great job explaining the unique process of a Korean facial but also gave me the space to really immerse myself in the experience and relax. At the end we talking about the variety of options to continue the regimen and ensure I get the glass skin I want! I will be going back without a doubt!

I recently visited Klar Spa, Jenny was fantastic, very detailed and customized my session after examining my skin. The experience was great, however I had an allergic reaction to some of the facial care items I purchased. So I reached out via email to share my experience and concerns. Immediately Monica (owner) called me to discuss my reaction, she was so understanding and guided me through the next steps. Needless to say I went back a week later and returned some of items after a week of trail and testing. I waited to write my review until I had been using the products that I kept to give an honest review. The products have made my skin feel wonderful, clean and hydrated. I will be returning for my next session with Jenny soon, as there is a whole program she creates for each client. And the salon is so peaceful and warm. Such a positive and great experience.

Gina provided my facial and I did the first time client experience. I learned so much from her and I could tell how thorough and provided the best facial for my skin. They use many Korean skincare products and provide education on what each product is and why they use it. Jenny has the hands of an angel. I had been debating going because of the price (it's an investment on self) but with the February special of 10% off I couldn't pass on the offer, so I bought the reset + targeted packet (2 sessions).I came in with concerns of rosacea level 2- red cheeks with little acne-like bumps. And my first session was informative and relaxing. Every step of the way Jenny illustrated what product was going on my face and how it benefits me specifically. It's a fully customized facial and I truly appreciate that since skin is a complex unique organ that requires special attention. And that itself was comforting-- knowing what was selected and used was specific to my needs.The facial ran 2 hours and I definitely fell asleep at one point-- that's how soothing it was. I came out a glowing & hydrated Queen!! At the end she recommended a full skincare set day & night with no urgency to buy-- which is something else I can appreciate. I intend on buying some prior to my next session.If you're contemplating on going-- this is your sign to book that appointment!
I have acne prone, sensitive skin and Jenny did an amazing job at identifying my issues and addressing them. I was impressed by all of the new techniques she employed during the facial, such as LDM (local dynamic micro massage) which improves skin elasticity and blue light therapy to help kill my acne inducing bacteria. I love how careful and gentle Jenny was and I highly recommend her services!

I got the Skin Reset Facial Treatment with the Scalp Massage add on and was blown away. I have never enjoyed facials before due to my sensitive skin (always resulted in redness/itchy skin). Jenny was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable- from start to finish, she explained each step and the products she used. I've never seen my skin look so healthy and glowing. The entire service was enjoyable and relaxing, and I HIGHLY recommend adding on the scalp massage. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Best Korean skin care! Jenny is an angel. She is patient and thorough. She listened to my concerns, took the time to evaluate my skin and customized a skin care plan specifically for me. The process is an investment, however, it is totally worth it. I highly suggest investing in the at home skin care system. Ever since using the products she suggested I receive endless compliments on how smooth, clear, and hydrated my skin is. Someone even told me “it would be an insult to put makeup on your skin”. 10/10 recommend Jenny and her expertise. The moment you see Jenny herself, you will be sold on her glass skin recipe (she has glass skin herself).

My sister and I booked in to see Jenny and Esther on a whim and a Tik Tok recommendation. I can honestly say that this was one of the best beauty / spa experiences that I've ever had. We both booked an Essential Facial, and we both have very different skin types - average/dry and acne prone.The room is lovely - perfect temperature, comfortable. Jenny worked with me, and was informative and thoughtful about my skin, my routine, and what she could do while I was there and what she could suggest to do at home. The facial itself was gentle and thorough and left my skin honestly feeling like it belonged to somebody else.The lasting effects have been phenomenal, and supported by the few product recommendations that Jenny made. Honestly - on a whim and a Tik Tok recommendation has turned into a whole new skin care routine that has left my troubled skin vibrant and moisturized and looking about 5 years younger. I was seriously in need of a skin reset. I'm so glad I came to try Klar Spa. Jenny gave the most relaxing facial I ever had! I was expecting extraction like I had before at other spa to get the impurities out and my skin always looked beat up after extraction. However, when I left Klar, my skin was so clean, bright and hydrated without looking beat up. The masks she applied really did wonders to my skin. Definitely will go back!
My first experience here today was amazing. This will definitely not be my last. I walked in the space was very clean and smelled really soothing and the music was very relaxing. I love how knowledgeable Jenny and her staff is with korean skincare. My service was absolutely amazing. My face never felt this soft and moisturize and the massage that comes with the facial was to die for. I will definitely be coming back with my husband for a couple routine facial. Did the skin reset treatment and it was AMAZING! Jenny was my esthetician and she walked me through everything about what products she was using, their benefits, and how to maintain and protect my skin at home. I definitely splurged and got some products from her too but my skin has never been so glowy and clear! I loved all the treatments she did for me, especially the mask that had the purified oxygen. I ended up falling asleep because it was so relaxing lol! I always wanted to do a k beauty facial treatment and I’m so glad Klars is here in the DMV. I can’t wait to be back!

I have never liked having a traditional western-style facials. I felt that they were not healthy for my skin and instead inflamed it. When I read about Korean facials, I decided that I needed to try it out. I have been using Korean products for about 4 years and I have noticed a big difference. My facial was with Jenny and I got there 15 minutes early. We sat down and she asked me questions about my skin care routine, her recommendations and even the ingredients of the products she was going to use. The facial took 2 hours and it was heavenly. Jenny even took $50 off. I met with a friend two days later and she even noticed a difference. Jenny comes highly recommended. Cannot wait for my next appointment.

She took her time to give both of us the best facial at the same time. Our signature facial session was so amazing, her hand is magic. She definitely had a great hand for massage and she used really good quality products on my sensitive skin. That jelly mask at the end really nails it.The whole experience was just wonderful and authentic that it reminded me of the time i was in S.Korea. Post facial, we were treated with a yummy warm tea and snacks. We would definitely come back for Jenny and her spa for sure.

Jenny is the best aesthetician I have ever met. She knows what your skin needs very well. Not just she will recommend you the best products for your skin type but also she will educate you about them and how do they work. When I first met Jenny for my skin consultation, I knew she’d be the one. I have been going to other salons for my facials for almost 3 years but my skin wasn’t getting better at all. I bought the Skin Reset Facial Treatment with the Targeted Session and the whole experience was amazing. Gina was wonderful and truly taught me more about my skin. I started with the skin analysis and the facial was done per my skin's needs. I asked to get the educational experience so every step of the facial was explained to me (how it would treat and further affect my skin, etc). I also received instructions on day/night routines for my skin for the next two weeks (after my first session) which really helped boost the first facial's results. For reference, I really needed to keep my skin hydrated and stop using products that were actually making my skin more dehydrated and causing extra texture; my skin is more sensitive than I thought. Since I followed the instructions to the T, my skin reacted really well to the facial and I fixed quite a lot of the texture. The second targeted session was especially helpful since it worked to fix other stubborn areas (hyperpigmentation and skin brightening for me). Personally, I think the price for the treatments ($700) is well worth it because not only am I getting two personalized sessions out of it, the equipment and products used are top notch. I feel great about my skin and will keep following the instructions for my skin. I'll definitely be coming back in a few months to try the glass skin facial!

Klar Spa Studios K-Beauty Clinic is fantastic! Monica did a Nano Embroidery Eyebrow procedure and my eyebrows have never looked better. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable . My brows look natural and definitely enhance my face. Monica spent a lot of time making sure they matched my hair and skin tone. In addition, she worked on each brow to make sure they were alike in shape and size. I have attached after and before pictures of my brows. Jenny was the skin care specialist who has been working on my face. I have had at least 8 facials of various types.They have made my skin look so much better and younger. Jenny is very well-versed in skin care and skin care products and knows exactly what is needed for each skin type and each client she works with. The facials are incredible and I love the way they make my skin feel and the way it looks after the sessions. I highly recommend Klar.

I recently visited Klar Spa, Jenny was fantastic, very detailed and customized my session after examining my skin. The experience was great, however I had an allergic reaction to some of the facial care items I purchased. So I reached out via email to share my experience and concerns. Immediately Monica (owner) called me to discuss my reaction, she was so understanding and guided me through the next steps. Needless to say I went back a week later and returned some of items after a week of trail and testing. I waited to write my review until I had been using the products that I kept to give an honest review. The products have made my skin feel wonderful, clean and hydrated. I will be returning for my next session with Jenny soon, as there is a whole program she creates for each client. And the salon is so peaceful and warm. Such a positive and great experience.

Jenny has the hands of an angel. I had been debating going because of the price (it's an investment on self) but with the February special of 10% off I couldn't pass on the offer, so I bought the reset + targeted packet (2 sessions).I came in with concerns of rosacea level 2- red cheeks with little acne-like bumps. And my first session was informative and relaxing. Every step of the way Jenny illustrated what product was going on my face and how it benefits me specifically. It's a fully customized facial and I truly appreciate that since skin is a complex unique organ that requires special attention. And that itself was comforting-- knowing what was selected and used was specific to my needs.The facial ran 2 hours and I definitely fell asleep at one point-- that's how soothing it was. I came out a glowing & hydrated Queen!! At the end she recommended a full skincare set day & night with no urgency to buy-- which is something else I can appreciate. I have acne prone, sensitive skin and Jenny did an amazing job at identifying my issues and addressing them. I was impressed by all of the new techniques she employed during the facial, such as LDM (local dynamic micro massage) which improves skin elasticity and blue light therapy to help kill my acne inducing bacteria. We both booked an Essential Facial, and we both have very different skin types - average/dry and acne prone.The room is lovely - perfect temperature, comfortable. I was expecting extraction like I had before at other spa to get the impurities out and my skin always looked beat up after extraction.
