Booking & Payments
The KLAR method is rooted in non-invasive techniques that support the skin’s ability to repair itself. Treatments are structured to avoid trauma and prioritize stability. Korean actives are paired with clinical tools to deliver visible results while preserving the integrity of the skin. This approach allows us to treat without disrupting.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your treatment within the remaining time. However, arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time are considered a late cancellation/no‑show and will be charged the full service fee
Cancellations & No‑Shows
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
No‑shows are also charged 100%.
Rescheduling must be requested by email (hello@klarspastudios.com); phone calls or voicemails are not accepted.
Repeated no‑shows or policy violations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Sales & Returns
All retail product sales are final. Sales tax is applied per state law and displayed at checkout. If you have questions about a product, we encourage you to consult our team before purchasing.
